Renee Gadd (1906 - ?) Her film career lasted until 1950 with The Blue Lamp, but by then she'd long been relegated to bit-part status. She had a stab at Hollywood in '34 but never made it to the big time. She's Mervyn John's wife at the end of Dead of Night, though that's hardly the most memorable role in the film.
