The only information I have is a date stamp on the back: 24 March 1931.
It has the Wardour trademark on the left and the BIP trademark on the right.
It looks like this is The Love Habit. Check out page 104 of Quinlan's British Sound Films and you'll see a picture of the door. This has now been confirmed by Peter Marshall.
